The name "Lil Blue Boo" I made up in about 30 seconds when Blogger asked me to fill in a name.....my daughter's name is Boo, then I added the Li'l but left out the apostrophe to make it easy.....her favorite color is green but I didn't like the name of Lil Green Boo. I thank God every day that I didn't start with a name like Ashley's Crafty Knick Knack Corner......that just wouldn't have translated to all the different directions my blog has taken me!
Anyways, Happy Anniversary Lil Blue Boo! But most importantly: thank YOU. All of my followers and readers and visitors....THANK YOU THANK YOU! I wouldn't be able to do what I love without you. You are all so supportive and friendly and I appreciate it more than you will ever know! So many of you link back to my site after doing a project and I love seeing everything you create. Thank you for sharing it with me. You motivate me everyday to wake up and create something new! I'm just a stay-at-home mom that likes to make stuff. I've always felt that if you follow your passion: you'll be successful. If I can do it, anybody can. Just don't put it off!

Well, I have to say Thanks. Thanks because at the time when I first starting reading your blog, Last April, I was caring for my Grandmother who had become very ill and passed away in late June. I say THank you because everyday I would read your blog and it helped me to get my mind off of my daily life and escape for a little. I then started to really get into sewing again and started my own little blog. So thank you for the help and inspiration.
